02.Handcrafted Product Characteristics
All our candles, reed diffusers, and luxury gift hampers are hand-poured and hand-assembled in small batches using 100% natural soy wax and botanicals.
- Natural soy wax may exhibit slight frosting (white crystal patterns) or minor surface variations; this is a hallmark of 100% pure organic soy wax without synthetic chemical binders and does not affect the fragrance throw or burn quality.
- Product imagery on our boutique represents the handcrafted design as accurately as possible; slight artistic nuances in wax sealing or floral embellishments are natural to bespoke artisanal curations.
03.100% Secure Prepaid Policy (Zero COD) & Pricing
Prepaid Orders Only — No Cash on Delivery (COD):
To guarantee the authenticity, freshness, and bespoke personalization of our hand-poured candle creations, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid online via Razorpay prior to atelier dispatch.
All prices displayed on Candle Craft Studio are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay through UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking.
- An order is confirmed only after the payment transaction is successfully authorized by the payment gateway and verified by our backend server.
04.Candle Burning Safety & User Liability
Essential Candle Safety Guidelines:
- Always trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch (6mm) before lighting to ensure a clean, smokeless burn.
- Never burn a candle on or near flammable materials, drafts, or within reach of children and pets.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish after a maximum continuous burn time of 4 hours.
- Place candle vessels only on stable, heat-resistant, flat surfaces.
Candle Craft Studio is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow safe candle burning practices.
05.Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including brand logos, graphics, candle designs, photographic artworks, text descriptions, and digital code — is the intellectual property of Candle Craft Studio and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
06.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
